Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
It is the customer responsibility to receive confirmation, time , and date of cancellation. If cancelling after hours, please leave a detailed message ( name, address, time of appointment)
If appointment was booked on the same day, minimum cancellation time is 3 hours prior to appointment time.Should these measures to cancel an appointment not be taken, the cost of the service call ( $45 most appliances) will be charged.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
